BioTechno Curriculum Development
Challenge
Veenlanden College wanted an innovative technology program that would inspire students toward sustainable technology. Standard curricula offered insufficient connection between technology and sustainability.
Solution
Development of complete BioTechno learning pathway from scratch, based on biomimicry and Cradle to Cradle principles. From concept phase to full implementation in the school curriculum, including lesson materials and practical projects.
Results
• Successful implementation for 200+ students
• Increased engagement in technology and sustainability subjects
• Curriculum adopted by other schools in the region
CLIPS International EdTech Project
Challenge
Coordination of international collaboration between 9 European organizations to develop educational technology tools for sustainable communities. Complex logistics, different languages and educational systems.
Solution
As part of the international team, I developed the Self-Assessment Tool for community evaluation. Contributed to creating a comprehensive framework with online resources and educational materials for European implementation.
Results
• Self-Assessment Tool distributed to thousands of communities worldwide
• Tool still actively used by Global Ecovillage Network today
• Strong international partnerships established for future collaboration
MOOC Development - MasSCOT (Current)
Challenge
Making valuable knowledge from ecovillage residents in Netherlands and Belgium accessible through a Massive Open Online Course. Converting expert interviews into structured learning materials for international audience.
Solution
Coordination of interview process, video production and processing into online course materials. Development of didactic structure and future expansion to online expertise center with international reach.
